Montague Grange Garden Workshop - Arches - May 2005Welcome to the Connecticut Valley Pomona #19 website...

... For the six Granges of Franklin County, Massachusetts

The mission of this website is two-fold:

  • To bring all the members of the Guiding Star, Northfield, Hope of Hadley, Shelburne, Montague and Whately Granges together and help foster a cohesive Pomona.

  • To inform the general public about all the Granges in the Connecticut Valley of all the events our Granges host and how the Granges may be of service.
If you are a Grange member in this Pomona or a person interested in one of the Granges in our area, please feel free to create an account on this website and subscribe to the content by email for any particular Grange you wish. Subscribe to them all to stay in the loop with all the Grange activity in our area!

What is the Grange?

The Grange is a family, fraternal, community service organization with roots in agriculture. We promote a rural quality of life and encourage community activities through involvement. We are the voice of our Community and Country regarding Education, Agriculture and Environment.
